Avoid at all costs! I mentioned the travis scott shirt i was purchasing for my nephew may need to be returned or exchanged if it doesnt fit him however the sales person removed the swing tag. I noticed when i was at my hotel later in the evening. Their policy states that you cannot return or exchange if the swing tag is missing. Absolutely ******** and will be reporting them further

Court Order is a clothing and predominantly sneakers reselling shop/company. You sign up for a consignment contract, agreeing to let them resell your clothes or sneakers at a set price and they receive a commission on each sale. The contract states that the consigner will get paid a week after the sale, specifically the following Thursday. I’ve had three consignments sold and each time I’ve almost had to beg for my payment. It’s never paid on time, sometimes almost 2 months later. The same awful reason is always given: payment problems and an unknown resolution date. They deliberately delay payouts for “suspicious reasons” they know about but refuse to explain. I’m sick and tired of this nonsense. It’s time for the public to learn about these shenanigans and for Hello Peter to intervene.

I bought a pair of sneakers from Court Order, I then returned the sneakers because I wasn’t happy with their state. I was refunded the first time and got a gift card. I then made an order for Black Jordan 1’s, waited 2 weeks to be informed they weren’t in stock. I was then given another refund and gift card. I made another order for a pair of Nike Dunks and today, yet again, I was called by one of your reps stating that they didn’t have this in stock. I have never had such a disappointing customer experience. I spoke to a rep on the phone who could only apologise and tell me in future I should call him directly, like they are doing me a favour. Why have stuff on your website that you don’t have in stock and then make it the customers duty to follow up. I have insisted on wanting my refund in the form of money returned into my account, I don’t believe I must use my money in a place that has given me such a poor experience. Whatever you do. Please don’t buy anything from Court Order. What was intended to be a fun retail therapy exercise is now a full on nightmare.

I visited court order Roeland Street Cape Town yesterday and noticed a different guy names Ed behind the till. He was so friendly, professional and just excellent in terms of customer service. I did not experience this yet besides with Mr Ahmed. Thank you Ed for making my experience so easy and pleasant.

I placed my sneakers under consignment with this company(court order rosebank) and one of my sneakers were sold on the 28th of July 2024, normally pay out takes a few days after sale has been finalized, yet I haven’t received any proceeds/payout into my account. Todays date is 16 September 2024 and I still haven’t received my payout, I took initiative to contact the store and the head office and they confirm I have to be paid for sales of my goods yet they promised to escalate the problem to accounting(last week tuesday) and yet its been a week past and no communications and no payments made yet, and in total its been two months and I haven’t been paid for my sold goods which they promised to pay me for.
