4months later and I still haven’t receive my deposit money
Its been 4 months since I moved out and I haven’t received my deposit money.I have reached out numerous times via email, even pleading for assistance from the ownership team, yet I have been met with nothing but silence. To be ignored by the manager after being a loyal tenant is truly hurtful and has left me feeling incredibly dismissed and forgotten0 replies

Deposit not returned
I still haven’t got my lease deposit from them. I’ve been sending emails but no response.It’s been 16 days since I’ve moved out and the manager just told me they can’t just give me my deposit without authorisation from the owners and they’ve been quiet ever since and they not responding my emails😤0 replies
