The service is very poor at SARs Orlando east branch I went there at 7:30 got inside and received a ticket number. While I am waiting for my number now my the number they are calling are on behind me ai stupid services yeses
I have been requesting my paid-up letter since September, and despite numerous follow-ups, I have still not received it. This delay is not only unacceptable but completely unprofessional. I have engaged with multiple consultants — Lindiwe, Lebogang, among others — none of whom have managed to resolve this issue. To make matters worse, I went through the proper channels and logged a formal complaint, which to this day has been completely ignored. Not a single person from your team has had the decency to acknowledge the complaint, let alone act on it. It’s as if my fully settled account means nothing to you, and this level of disregard is beyond unacceptable. I have fulfilled my obligation by settling my account — your failure to provide a simple paid-up letter for over a month is inexcusable. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately, and I demand a formal apology and a written explanation for the appalling service I have received. If I do not receive my paid-up letter within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the relevant ombudsman or regulatory authority.
