I was *********ly placed under debt review by Xander Human from debt Restruct in 2022 when I only needed one loan to pay my creditors. When I discovered the truth, I immediately requested to cancel, but they refused. Later, I learned that *****ulent documents with forged signatures were submitted in my name without my consent. I need proper action and resolution as the issue remains unresolved, Despite reporting this matter to the NCR, I am still waiting for their response since August 2025, my complaint was given to Mthokozisi Dlamini who never get back to me. This conduct is *********, *****ulent, and has severely affected my credit record.
