I ordered my baking stuff on 22.4.2026 and i received my order same day 22.04.2026!! That was so awesome. I was assisted by the headoffice online team. I also like the interaction on whatsapp, it made me feel less nervous. Welldone Headoffice online team. I like the fact that you now use uber for deliveries, in the past i suppose the delay was due to cab transport perhaps. Overally, i am super happy about this service. To CAB FOODS, I WILL BE BACK!! :-)
I would like to favorably review Makro Montague Gardens for exceptional service, I have been shopping there for the past 2 years and not once have i been disappointed, there is great service from the time you enter the gate till you leave, every employee that i have encountered has a great sense of exceptional service. i will continue shopping with you. We had a delivery from Builders Sunningdale today (6.09.2021) around 11:05am. One of the two guys who were carrying the pvc pipes inside was very rude. He threw the pvc pipes on the hard pavement and then I asked him why is he throwing the pipes are they not going to crack? He looked at me so so annoyed as if he can even beat me up, he kept quiet and walked away I was going to the truck to speak to the driver and he kept looking at me very annoyed I said you don't talk to people I asked you a question and you just ignore me as if I don't exists. He continued to keep quiet. I told the driver and I tried to reach the manager at the store I couldn't get hold of him her. The truck that delibreed our pvc pipes and ladder was (XDJ198GP) my invoice number E1730148. Totally not happy. After spending close to R50k at Builders this year alone, and we get this kind of treatment that's not right. And the driver didn't bother to address the issue in front of me. They got in and drove off!!!

I had an amazing experience with my online shoe shopping. even though one of the pairs had a smaller cut than usual, Beryl Mthembu from Online made the process so seamless for me. she has great communication skills and excellent suctomer service. it is because of people like her on top of the great products, that makes you come back for moere. well done Beryl. Kingmead shoes should be very proud of you, you are an amazing being.
I went to Capitec Bank at Ottery Value Centre, today 4/05/2020, around 9:20am, I was served by a clerk called Monique. This is a very rude woman who is not patient with customers. She needs to be sent back to training. I was displeased by her service. I taught myself to talk when my anger has subsided that's why I did not ask for a manager when I was at the branch. She was helping me with card reissue and a lot happened. At the end when I was getting up she clicked her tongue on me. This woman is the reason why I am leaving capitec bank. Capitec you just lost one client.
They go over and beyond to ensure great health for their clients. They ensured that their clients were catered for during the lockdown.
Just one question. Does Seeff Cape Town use race as an issue in looking for Tenants?
I always go to checkers mall of Africa, the ladies who sell pizza slices have poor service. It's not the first time, I go there to buy pizza slices almost every second day, and I ask them to warm my slice, but they don't actually, they go around counters and leave the container there then after two minutes they go back to take it and close it up and they give you. Only after paying I realized that the pizza slice is as cold as if it was in the freezer. It took me less than 1 minute to pay by the way so there's no excuse there. Please speak to those ladies. To be specific I was at checkers today 18 June around 2:30pm, there was a short lady there, a bit thin. I will never ever go back to checkers to buy any cooked food. Never. Poor service.
I am highly disappointed because i now have a very bad credit record just because of one mistake done by Discovery. Membership number 529118070 the agent/consultant Xolani Khoza around the 24th of December went ahead and opened a medical aid before telling me how much the premium would be. then when i discovered that already a medical aid number was allocated and a debit order was scheduled to go off, i asked him to immediately close that medical aid, and he assured me that it was closed same day and i wouldn't have any debits going off from my account. on 2 January 2016, a debit order went off on my account and because i had not made a provision to have that money deducted, it became a negative on my account. now discovery guys are not willing to assist me with a letter that states that it was a mistake on their side. noone is willing to assist me, last time i phoned Discovery in Johannesburg i spoke to a Sibu/Sivu guy and that was that i never heard from him, nor got the letter. no bank is willing to give me any loan at the moment, because of that failed debit order. can someone from Discovery assist!!
