No feedback on installation
We app**** the beginning of November for the medium package. All paperwork was done and the technician was here for inspection. It is now 3 weeks later and we have not heard anything from them again. They are not even answering their phones. I think they are waiting for their black Friday special to pass so that you have to pay the admin fee. All a ****!!

Bad experience with Ryobi products and after sercive
We bought a brand new Ryobi generator which broke withing 15 days. We took it to Steven's & Co under the warranty. They called us and claimed we had to pay R1500 to fix the generator. We argued that it is still under warranty and will not pay. We end up paying for new oil and the spark plug, which I still feel is unfair. Now 5 months later the generator is broken again. I shutter to think I must-have it back to them. Why does a brand new machine, not even 5 months old cease pistons in 14 days, and break again in 4 months? I would not recommend anybody to buy Ryobi products or service them here.

Useless and ***********
I have called Tracker as my device is faulty on 14/12/2023 @14H46. The lady said she booked a request for the technician to make an appointment to come an fix the unit. On the 21/12/2023 @ 12H06 and 12h10, I phoned again to follow up with them regarding the request for the technician. The gentleman said there is nothing wrong with the unit. I spoke to his supervisor, after a huge fight as he refused to let me speak to her, and she said she can see the request the previous week, which he claimed was never done, and she saw the unit is not working, again he claimed unit was working. They said again the technician will call. I am still waiting while my unit is faulty. Calling them to fix a faulty product is useless. Just there to take your money!!! Will definitely look for a better company as they are not worth the money

Worst service to pay accounts on approved chronic treatments
I am getting monthly treatment for which I have authorization. For 10 years now I get the treatment without problems and my Doctor request every year the new approval in time. The past 3 years Discovery decides randomly that they do not pay for my treatment, especially for the medicine, claiming it was not approved. Every time it costs me a lot of money to phone them and fight for several times, sending them their own letter of approval, to have the claim paid. This time I queried a claim for end of July 2023, got a ref number on the 22-08-2023, promised to have feedback within 5 days. I called today with still no answer. Speaking to the consultant, yet again I was told that I have no authorization for the medication. Discovery is really a joke for the premium we have to pay!!

Chronic Benefits

My doctor completed an application for a PMB. According to Discovery I do not met the "minimum" criteria. They are rather prepared to spend R78000-00 a month on hospital bills than to pay for medicine of R500-00. Please clarify how this is cost worthy
???

Unpaid account

In the beginning of June 2016, dicovery requested my daugther to go for a medical examination at a gp. After she went to the doctor the account was submitted to Discovery on several occasions. Up to date the doctor has not been paid and the doctor refuse to release the medical report. I have visited the walk in centre, send emails and made several phone calls.

Not paying for orthopedic devices in hospital

I had an operation on the 8th of June 2016 where I was supplied with an arm sling due to an shoulder operation. I recently received my account from the supplier as well as Discovery stating they do not pay for the sling on my in-hospital benefits. I do not agree with this as this was indeed an in-hospital event and not out of hospital. I feel that Discovery is suppose to pay for it.
