I am really annoyed by the way the lady — unfortunately I did not get her name — spoke to me with so much irritation in her voice after I told her that I was not interested in the airtime and data option I have to purchase on my account. As a business owner, I find it far more professional to buy airtime and data through my bank so that the transaction reflects as a bank / airtime expense as a MR Price expense on my business bank account. After I explained that I was not interested, she became very rude and ended the call abruptly by putting the phone down in my ear. I also feel that calling clients at 18:05 in the evening is highly unprofessional.
I would like to write a review about dotsure.co.za Jackie Buni was an amazing help and answered all my questions. She is truly a blessing to Dotsure! Amazing service. Love the fact that I can add my pets to diffrent packages on one profile. Thank you. Looking forward to an amazing journey.
