Mweb Customer Service pathetic
Waiting an hour to log complaint about fibre being down. Down from 15th to 3rd on waiting list. Mweb app useless too.1 reply

Electricity Fault Logging Pathetic
Electricity fault reporting is extremely tedious, ineffective and costly for consumers. Reported very bad electricity repairs to a electricity pole in front of our house supporting electricity to our house. No response. Two days ago reported one of our main electricity phases went down. Ticket was closed after a day, but no repairs. Had to report again, so the new ticket pushes the waiting time further out.0 replies
