Tic Tac Bets Worst Online Betting Site

This site is hopeless. They make false promises of cash back bonuses. I played a significant amount and didn't get a cent or single bonus spin for it. Furthermore, Don't even try looking for support. Once you are eventually through to an agent, they will just keep quiet on the other side and leave you waiting like a fool for an answer. Please be careful of this site!!!! It is not the first bad experience I had with their support team. Don't waste your money and time.

Poor online support

By far the worst online support I have ever experienced. Makes false promises of cash back and when you ask for a calculation and audit on your account they never even respond. I played a significant amount on Jabulabets per month, but it seems they don't mind loosing customers. I am a gold member, but they will never see me again.

YDE online terrible service

I wrote a previous review about YDE online. They came back to me with the same answer per email. They are sorry for the inconvenience and the matter will be escalated. I have not yet received my item. If it was possible I would give them 0 stars.

Extremely poor service by Yde

I have ordered an item online on Saturday. I received a message that my order is out for delivery on Monday. I waited for contact from the courier. I received nothing. I checked my call log for the following few days, but no indication that I was contacted. I put in a complaint with customer services on Thursday and the promised my item will be delivered before 5 the same day. During the week I sent 2 online messages to customer care, but no response. I phoned again to complain on Friday and after holding for 20 minutes I was again promised my item will be delivered the same day.I have not received it. I do many online orders and I have never received such poor service. The item is too late now and I have no more use for it. Never buy from them again!

Never use Uber

I will never use Uber again in my live. I booked in advance for my husband to be picked up at Lanseria airport at 22:05. I received a driver name and registration number assigned to the ride. Just before pick up the assigned driver was charged and the details sent to me. I shared all the information with my husband as well as screenshots on the app which he showed to the driver. The driver refused to pick him up without a pin. I couldn't find any pin sent to me on the app. The driver wanted me to cancel the trip. I am waiting to see if there is any charge on this very unpleasant incident, since I my husband was left at the airport. I am only using Bolt going forward!
