African Unity don't settle claims
I had claims that are not paid, African Unity advised Crisis Shield not to settle these claims, it been more than enough now. Everytime when I call Crisis Shield to get updates on the claim they say African Unity has told them not to pay, for what, I don't know. I'm very upset and disappointed. My number is ***. Assupol don't care about the clients
I have submitted a claim with Assupol for more than 2 weeks, but they don't pay for it, even their complain department is folding their arms, today since morning I've been sending countless emails but no response, I made countless calls but the Assupol consultants are laughing at me and they dropped the phones, I'm helpless and I feel defeated. I tried so hard, but they don't care about me. Even the assessor herself, she no longer communicate with me. ***33 replies
