Unbelievable service from an unbelievable company
What an absolute pleasure to deal with Yuppiechef! Amazing first time on-line experience (I usually shop in-store) and the customer support is unbelievable. I will definitely be a Yuppiechef customer for life. What an incredible company and very refreshing to deal with a company that believes in customer service.

I wish I could rate it zero stars!!!!!
Absolutely the worst service I ever received. Paid Tony the 75% deposit in April with assurances that the pool would be renovated within 10 days. 27 days later no where near finished, left exposed wiring where my dog could get to it. Dumped rubble on the plot next door which got us into serious trouble. Left oil marks in my driveway and you cannot speak to him because he is just an awful character that swore and screamed at me and then accused us of not buying materials needed when we had the receipts to prove that we had. Stay away, nothing good can come of working with Tony and West Coast Pools

Exceptional service from an exceptional team
VFS Cape Town in Long Street is exceptional. Especially need to mention the team in the Premium Lounge Ronaldo, Robyn and team that are professional, polite, friendly and committed to providing phenomenal customer service. Robyn worked through her lunch break to assist us and stayed professional and lovely! It makes applying for a visa such a pleasure!
