She advised she would quote - not responce. Sent her a whataspp - No responce. Landed up purchasing from Trampoline King ad super excited I did - Phenomenal service from Garth and his team. Could not have asked for more.
Been waiting for a delivery for over a week. 5+ failed calls to connect to customer services due to "line limit reached. Each time I call they want to reschedule the delivery but cannot tell me why it was not scheduled. Temu App states its been out for delivery for the past week, failed delivery and customer notified. I am yet to receive 1 notification. Now I have been given the warehouse managers cell number who advises me the drivers are still learning how to do their job. I am lost for words
