Accounts section has lots of learning to do. Debating my account on the wrong day when its 2 days away from pay!! Very upset their system or whoever it is just deducts whenever suitable. 1st and last time I take out a revolving account.
Lately very BAD customer satisfaction and experience! Internet goes off around 23:00 2 nights in least then a week then all of a sudden back on around 6:30am.... oh well don't have electrical connection in the highsite and its always a battery problem! Customers are paying for a service and you never know when the wifi is going to go off with them! At 1st Tech5 was good, all of a sudden they have gone down hill and the customer service is shocking!!! A msg comes through in the morning saying the following: >> Good day We have identified that the main highsite you are connecting to was temporarily down. We can now confirm that the services have been restored and are back up. Could you please reboot your equipment and test the connection again from your side? We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience. Regards Tech 5 team Obviously its down.... been down since 23:00 the previous night!!! So many excuses and when you write on whatsapp they either dont rely or are so slow...... You guys seriously need to buck up if you want to be reliable in anyway!
Useless, neglect, non truthful and the list goes on.................. WILL NEVER TRUST THAT HOSPITAL!!!!!!
Dishonest, unreliable, worst treatment, negligent and the list goes on...... will NEVER trust this hospital!!!!!
Worst service, neglect of not attending to patient enough, telling us lies about medication not given, attempted theft of patient's personal items, mishandling patient, bad attitude towards patient and family, no interest was shown to a human life!
