I was approved for a loan of R10 000 and informed that I needed to pay an initiation fee of R1 850, which I paid on. Later, I received an email requesting an undisclosed additional amount of R2 999.99. I informed you that I do not have this amount. Since then, I have requested a refund of the R1 850, but I have not received any response to my emails.
