Don't bother these guys don't honor their promotions, days of bonus never credited, agents you ask to help useless as well keep telling you BS like it take 24 to 48 hours a week late still nothing. Keep your money spend it on family for KFC instead or something that worth it.
I am writing to express my disappointment with both the quality of your product and the level of customer service I recently experienced. Earlier today, I purchased my second pod, the Blueberry Ice Fuse 3% nicotine variant, from the same shop, only to find that it was clearly defective. Upon using the product, I noticed an unpleasant taste, which was far from what I expected. I reached out via email to explain the situation, hoping for a resolution. However, the response I received was unsatisfactory. I was informed that I might be experiencing "vape tongue" and was advised to drink coffee and take the product to a location for examination before any further assistance could be provided. This process felt unnecessarily tedious and unhelpful, especially considering the issue stemmed from a defective product. I find this lack of support unacceptable. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect a seamless resolution when dealing with product defects. Instead, I was met with dismissive advice and no clear path to a refund or replacement. Furthermore, being told that the item is non-refundable adds to the frustration, leaving me feeling as though I wasted my money without recourse. Given my experience, I cannot recommend your products or services. In an industry with numerous competitors, customer satisfaction should be a priority, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience with these guys
