I have already reviewed this shocking company but as a follow up - Do not under ANY circumstances waste your time and money. I was delivered the incorrect items in May. 3.5 months and 22 emails later, I have STILL not been refunded for the items they eventually collected.

Worst customer experience ever
If I could give a 0 rating for this business I would. I was sent the incorrect products and I am yet to receive the correct ones, 2.5 months later, and not for lack of trying on my part. An initial response to the complaint required only 1 follow up, but the courier never arrived. 4 follow-up requests and 5 weeks later I received a response but that also resulted in nothing. A further 3 or follow-ups, no resolution and now my emails are being returned...they have clearly, blocked me. I contacted them through their website. No response. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service (as others have said - in fact NO service would be a better description)
