Patent *****
Adam's and Adam's registered my patent (legally patented in 2013)to another person's name in 2018. On the substition affidavit that I got hold of it is not my signature, but the affidavit was supposedly signed before a commissioner of oaths from the Post Office. Without me being there?? In 2025 I laid a charge of ***** at the Saps in Virginia Free State but has not received any progress up to this far. I have lost a lot of money up to now due to this ***** with my patent and needs Adam's and Adam's to investigate and correct this as an employee in their employ was responsible and involved with this . This has been going on since 2018 and it is unacceptable as this is ***** which prevents me from any income from my patent.

Absa homeloans increase balance unacceptably
During July 2025 I received an e- mail from Absa stating that my bond account balance on that day was R 7977. Hence my last payment on the account was on 10 October for R R2500. On the same day of 10 October I received communication from Absa homeloans that my balance is now R 10 500. How is this possible at all, this is the end of my bond account term and it can nor be that a cancellation fee could have been levied. Where do you get another R10 k from? Seeing that the balance according to yourselves (: Pravish from Absa) was R7977 in July? I find this totally unacceptable. Please advise if I shoul approach legal councell?

Absa increases bond term without reason
This is regarding my bond. In 2020 January I received a statement stating that my remaining term on my bond is 5 years and 9 months. That gives me September 2025 last payment. In 2025 January, however I received the statement which now shows another 1 year and 4 months left. That is then untill May 2026. How come all of a sudden this term was extended by 14 months, Absa sends one from pillar to post with all sorts of excuses., even after saying they will investigate and revert back to me, which is not happening Please tell me Absa, how is this possible?
