I was assisted by Vusimuzi Kubeka regarding the Kaelo Health service, & I'm very pleased with the support I received. I needed to get through to a nurse consultation before obtaining an auth number & Vusi assisted me patiently & diligently throughout the entire process. He was also available whenever I reached out for follow-ups. He is hardworking consultant who takes his work seriously and provides excellent customer service. I truly appointed his dedication and support.
I'm currently experiencing a terrible situation with Telkom. I recently app**** for the Telkom Home Fibre East Connect which was installed on Friday the 11 July, which hasn't been giving off internet since then. I've called in so much times since Friday. My last call was today and still no help. The consultants just try their best to get the call to end by telling you to call another department and are very useless. What's the use of having a home fibre device installed with no internet for 3 days and by the looks of it, it'll probably be forever and no help to get it resolved. I keep being told to wait and yet I'm still waiting, since Friday. If this is not resolved by the end of the day. Im just going to cancel and you guys can collect your device and I'll just move to MTN which had the same product for the exact same price.
