absolutely horrible
I wish I could give a Zero rating ,I reside in Boksburg and rent from(Zelri Properties ) phoenix House ,Earlier this year we were still using meter mate ,end of February we received a email stating we should register with Ismart or our lights will be cut ,upon doing so our balances were already in a negative -R1500 mind you we had no idea about this prior to this email being sent ,we had to pay that outstanding amount including a registration fee ,I top up almost every week switch off the main switch before leaving for work every morning yet my bill is always in a negative this is insane I spend more on electricity then I pay for RENT!!

Electricity Disconnected, No Assistance, and Being Sent Back and Forth
I was only informed about the iSmart electricity system in late February 2026, yet when I registered, my account was already in arrears by R1,296 dating back to February 2025. I was never given access to the system before this, never received statements, and was never informed that I needed to monitor my electricity usage through this platform. After raising this issue, I requested assistance from property management, only to be told to contact the service provider myself. To date, I have still not received proper assistance or clear answers. My electricity remains disconnected while this matter is unresolved, which is completely unacceptable. Based on similar complaints I am seeing here, this situation raises serious concerns about how accounts are being handled and communicated to tenants. I urgently require: Immediate restoration of electricity A full explanation of the R1,296 charges Proper assistance in resolving this matter This lack of service and accountability is unacceptable.

Rain service sucks firstly there’s never signal ,secondly Every month I have to log a query because you did not recieve payment and when you do log a query it takes about 3 weeks for your agents to call back , your customer service is poor and sucks at this point you can cancel the subscription on behalf of the whole country!!!!!
