I have knows Sam for over 9 years and I have always experienced a very professional and excellent service. I later introduced him to my husband who was very satisfied with his service and recommended him to his friends too.
I am currently experiencing very bad service. As we speak I do not have my physical bank card after so many attempts to get it. I called their call centre 3 times already and each time they tell me that the couriers will contact me to deliver my card and that has never happened. My private clients debit card and credit card expired at the same time and it was so easy for the credit card to get delivered to me however it is a nightmare to get my debit card. It just tells me that I am paying a huge amount on bank charges for nothing and that FNB’s service is really bad. 3 people failed to assist me and it has been nearly 3 months since I have been trying to get my card. They even go as far as charging me for ordering the card yet I don’t even get it. I am not satisfied with their service and I would not recommend the bank to anyone. I have an account with Nedbank and I never had to go through this. And I don’t accept that you want to blame the carriers because I have an agreement with FNB and not the couriers
