Birthday Freeplay disgust
I am soooooo disappointed with lottostar it was my birthday and every year lottostar gives birthday Freeplay but this year I never recieved anything from them and was told by an agent that we get picked randomly which is utter nonsense when I'm always playing on lottostar.....I won't waste my voucher ever again with them I rather play Hollywood bets who gives everyone birthday Freeplay. 🤯🤯🤯

Disappointed Customer
I am really disappointed with the way World sports betting treats their customers I can't seem to change my phone number on their website I called them at the call centre and was told that I should send my documents through which I did so which was 3 days ago and another consultant told me to send the same documents that was already sent to them ...I went to the branch to withdraw but was told to do so online what is the point of having branches where you can't withdraw yet Hollywood bets you can go and withdraw from your account anytime now I'm still waiting for my account to be sorted out and still has not ......very very disappointed with World sports betting....this is my first time withdrawing from them

Account deactivated
I've been waiting for a week now for my account to be deactivated which they haven't done as yet although I submitted all my requirements for FICA they have not contacted me since which means they don't value their customers at all

Disappointing with Lottostar 😒
I've been sending my documents to be FICA for 4 days now I keep getting told they are not clear so I went to a internet cafe and had them scanned and sent it to them only to be told that my documents are blurred... How can they still be blurred so I sent my documents to WSB also to test out my documents and had NO problem with World sports betting they could see them which means that Lottostar treats their customers very badly and are ****ming people who can't update anything or withdraw but their customer service threatened me to have my account permanently deactivated because you want to question their ethics .... This is utter nonsense and will never play on Lottostar again and I will never recommend them to anyone else..... Utterly useless and disappointing with the way I am treated
