Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid RocketX at All Costs

Customer service at RocketX is absolutely pathetic — the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I had a serious issue where they falsely claimed I only used my account for deposits and withdrawals, with no associated trading activity. This is completely untrue. I traded heavily every single day, often to the point of overtrading. Despite this, they forced me to withdraw all my funds before I could make any further withdrawals and then disabled my account entirely. When I finally managed to speak with a manager, they admitted there was an issue on their side and promised to follow up with me. They never did. Since then, their only response has been the same copy-pasted nonsense: “Please refer to the mails sent to you.” Utterly useless. Their reasoning is completely false, and they show zero effort or interest in resolving real issues. If you value your time, money, and sanity — stay far away from RocketX. Unprofessional, dishonest, and careless.
