Neglectful attitude towards work and people
I have been waiting for a refund since February 2025, numerous emails, calls, tweets have had no effect. Dear credit refund officer in the Cape Town office, why don't you drop all formalities and go out robbing people on the streets? I don't see any difference between you and the road bandits. Take immediate action

Awful service
Horrible service, disgusting attitude to customers. From the very beginning they did not send me a virtual card, I had to plunge into exhausting correspondence. But after some time it turned out that transactions on this card are blocked by its issuer. For a fortnight the battle continues, I receive replies about how much they are trying to help me, but nothing happens. I don't recommend it to anyone, stay away from Adumo if you don't want to get your own money out with a fight.
