What an wonderfull store or staff including the manager well done it must be the best miladys I have ever been in. Keep up the good work and wonderful service loved to shop at that store will recommend everyone to go visit them at west cost mall. Thank u again for all the laughs u made my day and took some of the life stress away.
I love clicks store and the products but the staff especially the manager and staff at Wellington clicks u need to go on training or leave your job because not one of te staff at Wellington has any respect or doesn't even make an client feel welcome. It was my first and last visit to the store. I wanted to exchange an item with the slip the manager first open the packaginv then sent the staff member out to say no sorry they doint have cash so I left with an open product that no store want to help me to return it and I must just be happy..... No that is an joke. Waiting for clicks costumer service for 2 days now to get answers hope that the cameras in the store will pick up everything and maybe get new staff in ASAP. I will never recommend someone to shop there.... I know I will not spent 1c there
I am so sick of bad service at canel walk. Miladys staff and Gogo the store manager are so rude really. They are rude doint want to help I hate going to that store for the bad service I was there Thursday 16 April 2026 and just had it. I love the clothes but please can someone please send the staff for training or go to vredenburg miladys and go see what good service is all about. Canel walk staff and manager will never lift an finger to help an client and everyone is talking about it I am an hairdresser in the aria and most of my clients are also not impressed. I bought items at another branch and wanted to exchange at canel walk first the rude cashier say I can't do it on the same day I must come back tomorrow. Then gogo the manager come with her attertude and say I must to back to where it was bought I have the receipt and the pop so where does it say on the return policy that I need to go to the same branch and I must wait till it suits u to return the items that I am not happy with? I am so annoyed and then I go home in an bad mood because of that store!!!! Be careful.... I would advise everyone to go to Contempo much better service.
I had such a great experience with FOMO’s customer service! I bought a voucher for a spa day as a birthday gift, spoke to the spa beforehand and no one mentioned they were closing down. Just a few days before the birthday, when I tried to make the booking, the spa informed me they were permanently closed. I contacted FOMO and Ryan handled it so professionally—my refund was processed immediately with no hassle at all. Super quick, helpful and friendly service! Really impressed with how they handled the situation. Highly recommend FOMO, I’ll definitely be using them again.
Good day i want to let everyone know my BAD experience i had at foshini canal walk. So i contact the store manager MONDAY and TAMMY to arrange that an driver is going to bring my items in for an return seeing that i did not feel well. Anyway the staff took the items from him and is keeping the items i called how meny times and even went to the store bit no one know about it. The other manager phoned my work number left an message that i can pick up my items.... Well i phoned 100 times but no answer or if i do get lucky and somone answer the phone i stay on hold for 10 to 15 min... My purchase was R6700 and i they have the proof of payment. Soooo what is the problem?? I doint want the items i want my refund but they just doint care. I will never support Foshini century ever again... Think the next step is a theft case. I am disgusted in Foshini!!!!
