Was the worst McDonald's ever McDonald's pinetown you Really spoiled my liking of you tonight I ended I'm giving my burger and chips to my dogs crispy chicken look so tasty on the menu board but it must rather stay there because because it tasted like nothing and my husband large big Mac meal well nie any large there wat the chips the burger het took 2 bite and it was done was as small ...... Very disappointed you guys Wil definitely not see me a again and best of all that meal Kos me 210 rand ..... Well all I can say my doag got McDonald's for supper
I just want to say a big thank you for Sidwell Mokwena and smangele jele for your efforts that you put in to assist me with issue that I had with cell c you really went the extra mile to get it sorted out and I wish everyone can be so help full thank you very much you guys call every day to make sir I get updates and resolve the issue in no time you guys a super star cell c must be proud to have people so passionate about customer service...I want say a very special thank you to Simone at your pivaloin Durban branch she is a gem she tried from the start that my issue started to help in anyway she can she is a beautiful friendly and very very helpful cell c can be proud to have her on your team she is a star ⭐ she really went out of her way to help me ..... And I am so grateful for that 🙏
I'm so so fed up I really need help with this cell c is the worst ever form customer care no help at all I have been struggling for months then they end up blaming me the I did what they say I wonder what there excuse is this month one month they debit my account this month same story they say bank rejected my debit order I must call the bank called the bank they said the is no debit order rejected by them so who is who now I have been trying to get my upgrade but I'm beginning declined because cell c can't do there debit order in time as on contract shame I seriously are very unhappy
Cell c you made empty promises I have been struggling with you for 3 months Now last week you promised me you will get it sorted but in stead you blame me for your mistake I would like to cancel my 4 contracts because I can't carry on like this you are *********** to do your job in stead you blame the customer very disappointed been a customer for over 10 years and this is the way I get treated
I don't even think one is there worth at this moment I been a cell c customer for many years and never have I experienced this bad bad service on March 27th I realised they didn't take there debit order so I called customer care and ask then Whyy debit order didn't go off the ladies said sorry MAME there was a error in the system please make a Manuel payment and I did and since then it is down hill April same story may Same story now I can't get my upgrade because cells c has a system error and every time I call customer all they say is sorry we will get a superior to call you it is going on since end march I'm still waiting for a manager or supervisor to call me I even phone upgrade department and explain to the all they the can't help me can't can believe the bad servic form cell c I just need someone from higher up help because the customer service at your customers care is up to ########### I'm so up set I want to tell cell c to take the 4 contact that I have and put it where the Sun don't shine
