Faulty ATM not giving money, but deducts from account
I've been trying to get my R300 back for more than 3 months now. I drew money at a Capitec ATM in Selcourt Spar. I selected R400 and only got 2 R50 notes. The manager at Spar was standing next to me when this happened. I showed him my phone with the sms that said I drew R400 and I showed him the 2 R50 I got. He phoned Capitec and they advised that I must phone myself the next day as it was a weekend. I phoned and when I followed up a couple of weeks later, they said I never phoned and reported the fault. I reported it again and was later told that there wasn't a fault with the ATM. I phoned again to say that there was a fault and never heard from them again. I am closing my account if I do not get my money back by tomorrow.

Extremely disappointed
Unfortunately no option for zero stars. I am so disgusted with Kulula. We missed our flight this morning due to unforeseen circumstances. I couldn’t phone to let them know within the 30 minutes timeline to cancel this morning due to a crisis, but phoned as soon as I could to ask if we can change our flight times. My son will miss his appointment with his specialist on Friday as there is no way I can spend R12000 for us on another flight on such short notice. I pleaded with the lady on the phone to speak to a manager or someone who could understand our circumstances, I was just told very politely that it is not possible and we loose all the money we paid for the tickets. Except for the money we lost now it was even more terrible to tell my kids this morning that we won’t be able to fly anymore, something that they were looking forward too very much. I am so unhappy and disappointed no words can explain this.

Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic
I have experienced the most pathetic service from cellc the last couple of months. I've been trying to upgrade for a while now and every time I get to them they are out of stock. I stay in Springs and the closest Cell C to me is in Brakpan at Carnival mall. Just this December and January I went 5 times so far from Springs which is 20km from my house as well as R18 for tollgates every time. When I get there they have no stock. First I put my name on the list for a Samsung and they never got the stock, every Monday it's the same excuse, the stock didn't arrive or it will be here in an hour etc. then I asked to get the Huawei instead just to get a phone at least, so they didn't have stock of that phone either, so I was promised again the next Monday there will be stock... This carried on for the whole of December, and yesterday they phoned my they got stock now and I need to fetch the phone within 24 hours. I tried to explain to them I can only be there on Saturday as my work is too far and by the time I get there after work they are closed. I even send my sister today with my ID and asked them to give her the phone but they refuse to give her the phone or keep it for me
