Purchased Ultra Mel Delight from Checkers, Gordon's Bay on 26 April 2026. Found a rag or piece of cloth at the bottom of one container after consuming most of the product. Your office in Boksburg arranged a courier to collect the product, which was delivered to them on 7 May. Since then I have received no update from them on the matter even though I sent an e-mail requesting an update on 22 May. This is very poor customer relations.
Placed an order on 23 December, Order ID: #000080047. Received an email which indicates my order will be dispatched in the week beginning January 2023. Sent an query on 16 January when neither Manicaa nor the local courier contacted me. Still waiting for a reply from Manicaa.
My one contact expired on 25 June, but because it's supposedly still on the old system your call centre 082 1958 can't help me. They've been "escalating" the matter since 12 June and still nothing has been done. Nobody phoned me, I phoned on 4 more occasions and still nothing. Vodascum is pathetic and fast becoming the same as *****count.
