Placed an order on 23 December, Order ID: #***. Received an email which indicates my order will be dispatched in the week beginning January 2023. Sent an query on 16 January when neither Manicaa nor the local courier contacted me. Still waiting for a reply from Manicaa.4 replies

Pathetic call centre ***
My one contact expired on 25 June, but because it's supposedly still on the old system your call centre *** can't help me. They've been "escalating" the matter since 12 June and still nothing has been done. Nobody phoned me, I phoned on 4 more occasions and still nothing. Vodascum is pathetic and fast becoming the same as *****count.3 replies
