Poor customer care
I submitted a complaint of ordering a particular burger but being charged for a more expensive item, but received the item.i actually ordered, when the customer care contacted me I explained the situation and provided the receipt but they insisted they also required a photo of the item, I had eaten the item and honestly drive thru, means you are in a vehicle and should not be on your phone let alone taking pictures of your burger while driving, after a back and forth with the customer care person insisting they required a photo to do anything about it, he put the phone down on me

I have been with one...
I have been with oneplan for 9 years, absolutely cannot fault their customer service, and support especially during stressful times like when my one dog had ACL surgery, no problem claiming at all, i was able to focus on my pets recovery rather than worrying about how to pay the vet bill, their whatsapp customer care line is brilliant, thorough and helped me quickly and efficiently, hands down the best pet medical aid

Injured pet hospital admittance
Such a pleasant experience, first had preliminary exams and tests done on my yorkie to assess his injury, submitted the invoice, but then the vet was able to move our appointment from 1 week away to the next day, bit of panic myside as I hadn't managed to submit the pre authorization etc for the procedure, Gwen was a star, liaised directly with my vet, copying me in on every communication, and less than 48hrs , my claim was approved and the bill settled with the vet, zero stress, which has allowed me to focus on my yorkies recovery rather than worrying about vets bills, thank you Gwen Erasmus-Falgate
