Poor and unprofessional customer service, Buffalo logistics is Ka#k
Very disappointing and unprofessional with kaak customer service, they picked my return order but never sent it back to where it was supposed to be sent since 2024 they've been keeping my parcel, i have lost my money. When you call their call centre they drop customer calls I am disgusted by their poor services this logistics company needs to be canceled.0 replies

Blocked Account due to multiple trade entries system auto kicked me out.
My account was blocked with case number ACT239731 i was helped by Gregory he took me through and made sure that i understand the reason why i am blocked, it happened that i made many trade entries at a short space of time. However, the account was unblocked then blocked again. Their service is excellent been with them for over 10 years, their system is taking me out everytime i am logging in hopefully on Monday they will again assist me.1 reply
