Worst Internet Service Ever – Net15 is a Joke
Net15 is by far the most useless internet company I’ve ever dealt with. We’ve been without internet for 5 DAYS, and their so-called “support” is absolutely pathetic. Their head office is completely *********** — no urgency, no accountability, and no real solutions. Brian, who is supposedly responsible for this area, is never available and clearly doesn’t care. If this is how Net15 treats paying customers, then they don’t deserve to be in business. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly incapable of delivering the basic service they promise. Avoid Net15 at all costs unless you enjoy being ignored, frustrated, and **********.

Poor and unprofessional customer service, Buffalo logistics is Ka#k
Very disappointing and unprofessional with kaak customer service, they picked my return order but never sent it back to where it was supposed to be sent since 2024 they've been keeping my parcel, i have lost my money. When you call their call centre they drop customer calls I am disgusted by their poor services this logistics company needs to be canceled.

Blocked Account due to multiple trade entries system auto kicked me out.
My account was blocked with case number ACT239731 i was helped by Gregory he took me through and made sure that i understand the reason why i am blocked, it happened that i made many trade entries at a short space of time. However, the account was unblocked then blocked again. Their service is excellent been with them for over 10 years, their system is taking me out everytime i am logging in hopefully on Monday they will again assist me.
