Poor Service! I ddnt receive my order and KFC is not even interested in assisting with this matter. I placed an order and when I tried to contact the driver who was tasked with delivery, phone went to voicemail, so I tried the KFC Fontaine plaza number and was placed on hold with nobody there to help me with this issue - I'm soo annoyed cause now I ddnt receive my order and no one wants to help me. Poor customer service and experience! I want my refund and I'll take my business elsewhere
- Refund BUFZA6033672220YQ - This has to be the biggest BS in the service industries - how do you expect me to fill in a form and wait 15 days for a refund that was due to your vehicles being highjacked? where is the customer experience - whats worse is that they claim their calls are recorded for quality and security reasons yet thei consultants fail to keep their promises on a recorded call - I have asked for proof an email or letter, that I need to submit to the bank as POE that indeed your vehicles was highjacked and my parcels were ****** - i called in twice to follow up but nothing still and this is day 5 of me asking for a simple letter and refund - this is absolutely terrible service - why do you even bother picking up peoples parcels if you not efficient with service recovery should anythign go wrong? why do I need to fill in a refund form and wait 14 days or a situation i never created - Im available on email: [email protected] - I need an urgent intervention, doubful but lets see!!!!
