I lodged a dispute with Tenacity Financial Services over 2 months ago about *****ulent account opened in my name with them . Till this day they keep saying investigations are done but my credit profile still reflects this account and affects my score badly. I keep calling and sending emails that are never answered.. Can someone help
Poor service, full of stories when it comes to delivering a service and phone is hardly answered .
Bad customer service, poor communication, rude staff . Waiting time not worth it
Good day I'm Bongani with account number 57740316 , highly disappointed with vuma Fibre that is constantly not working and the technical stuff that hangs up on calls when they can't resolve things . Only solution is to change service provider hoping to get one with better customer service, has proper working internet connection.
I had connection problem a few months back and it took weeks to sort it out .Now the same problem is back and last time a technician came he found the cable had a bend by the pole and he just straightened it out . So practically I pay to have internet for a few hours and reaching out is a mission because the self help platforms are perthetic and calling takes over 30mins to get thru
Hi... I've been with vuma in Soweto for over 2 years and the service provider has a zero customer service, Fibre is constantly off . Complaints are not resolved. As I write this review I've been disconnected and getting through for help is a hassle and if you do they keep you holding for over 30mins then hang up on you.
