No call back-no email-no communication. I have a contract with MTN, I’ve tried multiple times to get them to call me to upgrade my contact and no response, no call back. I am a loyal customer but for them not to even communicate back to me is pathetic. STOP USING ITALK to call me because they are absolutely pathetic and always trying to sell me something which never works out- do your job. I am absolutely furious because I have been back on forth on email with mtn and they always say they are going to call but don’t ever end up assisting me. I’m trying to upgrade my contract and give them business and support but they are absolutely not interested in that.
We went to adega gateway yesterday for an eid lunch. Really excited because we know the standard of food they have to offer. But unfortunately I was utterly disappointed and will never be going back there again. The food that we ordered was absolutely average- it was not the standard that Adega usually lives up too. The platter of prawns was so hard and uncooked- the steak fillet was overcooked and a watery sauce poured on top of it- the cheesy garlic roll I could have made it better at home- the chicken was not the best. I am so disappointed in the food quality and so utterly unimpressed by the food in general. I had been there not too long ago and it was perfect. They also have a very bad smell in the restaurant not too sure if it’s from the pipes or whatever but what a horrible way to spend Eid. Super disappointed and will not be going back there. The price that we paid as well was absolutely not worth it for the food we received.
I am absolutely disappointed by the service of Makro. Buying from makro online is a disaster. I order two of the same tricycles a blue and a pink one. The pink is perfect but the blue turned out to be the cheapest quality and unacceptable. I tried calling makro as it’s for my sons 1st birthday- they sent me the wrong product, the quality is horrible, the size is so small, it’s not stable and sturdy yet both tricycles were the same price. I’m extremely disappointed to the point where I don’t even get an option of a return and even if the third supplier did not have stock I should have been aware of it by Makro. Ther service is completely ridiculous and no sense of customer service and helping out the customers. I had to log a return and actually purchase another tricycle hoping it comes in time for my son’s birthday. It’s complete and utterly unacceptable
I had app**** for a contract through Italk, everything was going smoothly and I was told I will receive my phone once stock comes in. A lady from italk called Lerato entered the wrong details which led to dsv calling the wrong number and suspected ***** when the phone was ready to arrange delivery. Now the phone was returned and everyone who calls me has different stories from MTN, it’s either they have no stock or I can’t do an application online then I can then I need to go into the store it’s absolutely horrible with this back and forth. I’ve been trying for a month to get a new contract and the service is pathetic, just interested in making a sale but no communication afterwards following up with the customer. Pathetic customer service and I will never recommend to anyone.
I am absolutely appalled by the service and disgusted. My dad has been with cellc for over 20years on contract, cellc had mistakenly cancelled his contract by entering the wrong last two digits incorrectly which then led to my dads contract getting cancelled. Cellc debited my dad every month for R7000 and this incurred bank charges aswell. Thereafter they decided to cancel his contract which then led to 3 phones being barred from calls or sms. Every time we phone you escalate the issue, it never gets resolved. I’m disgusted with even the stupidity of how cellc could even cancel the wrong number and now we face the back and forth nonsense.
