I received a call from Dylan on Saturday apologizing for the delay of unlocking my phone, he advised that it will be escalated to a department (which he did not provide the name of the department) and mentioned that he is expediting it, and it will take 48 hours which is by Tuesday my phone may be unlocked. I received emails from Lushe Wenn saying the same thing as Dylan, I also received an email from Shile Qwanya, and an email from Akhona Sonyabashe saying the same thing. Now I am receiving an email from Nomfanelo Nodipa saying my issue has been escalated to the nameless department and it will NOW take 5-7 working days. What kind of incompetency is this? How am I going to continue doing business with such a deceiving company? All they know how to do is do give you a calland email, apologize and lie to their customers. I really really REGRET doing business with Foneyam, this has been going on for far to long. I have done my part, what's so difficult with them doing their own part? I wish people can learn from my experience and never trust Foneyam or do business with them. They don't care about their customers, they only care about the money they get from you. NB: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FONEYAM #cancelFoneyam.
I made a payment on the 25th March 2026, till this day my phone is still locked. I have enquired with them since my phone was locked, spoke to multiple *********** agents, sent emails with documents they requested. I was to told to write a letter on a paper, I did just that and sent it to them. I was also told to add on that letter that the money was allocated to my old account, now they telling me to write whatever that I wrote on the letter on the body of the email. Mind you they never responded to me until the following day. I am very disappointed with the service I have recipient from foneyam, their agents are even rude, they lack empathy, and communication skills.
I ordered food on the 24th of February 2026 at McDonald's Sandton city mall. The driver took time to bring my order, He told me my Grimance has spilled. He told me that drivers office said I must take the food and the drink issue is a mistake. He even brought me a wrong order, no remorse, he drove off after I refused to accept the order. Provided me with wrong numbers to contact the call center. I had to Google the numbers myself. Got the numbers, called the call center a Sweetheart answered the phone, Her name is Veronica oh what a wonderful human. She provided me with great service and made sure I get my refund. The idiots drivers name is Brain his bike license number is MB56RVGP. I regret even placing an order. After I receive my account I am deactivating this account nxah.
I went to O.K Liqour to buy myself something to drink, there was a coloured lady who was smoking at the door she shouted Dean's name when I came in to the store. Dean is a coloured guy with bad attitude, he intentionally called me sir seeing the I am *** and he repeated that and rising his voice and he heard me the first time as to what I am looking for. I am really disappointed as to how O.K staff trusted me. I was made a joke because of my ***uality(LGBTIQA+) I promise to take this matter further untill he loses his job. The store I am referring to is at 638 Ontdekkers Rd, Delarey, Delareyville, 1709. They don't even have contact details. I hope the O.K branch that sees this resolve it because I am talking this further.
I have since app**** for my refund since the 3rd of March 2025, all I've received was lies lies lies. All the agents I spoke too gave me different dates of when I will receive my money back. Till today I have not received my money. I regret using them and thank God none of the people I told about Rentoza uses them because of my current experiences with Rentoza. Their service is bad they should not be allowed to operate. Their agents don't know how to do their jobs, all they know is to exploit people and take their money. I hate rentoza and wish it could close down.
