I requested a prescription letter month end January, it’s almost June I haven’t received anything. When I call I’m being taken from pillar to post with no way forward this is so frustrating to be honest. This issue has passed 90days ages ago.
I have been waiting for prescription letter since January 2026.

BAD SERVICE, BAD CUSTOMER CARE.
I ordered yesterday around 3 on the Pick ‘n Pay asap and it was said it will be delivered same day around 5-6 then after I paid it changed today which is the next day at 10 am I immediately called them with no response wrote many emails called them this morning to cancel the order but surprisingly they delivered the parcel and I don’t want it anymore I bought it somewhere still no response. I need my refund they are not answering calls nor emails.
