I requested a prescription letter month end January, it’s almost June I haven’t received anything. When I call I’m being taken from pillar to post with no way forward this is so frustrating to be honest. This issue has passed 90days ages ago.

BAD SERVICE, BAD CUSTOMER CARE.
I ordered yesterday around 3 on the Pick ‘n Pay asap and it was said it will be delivered same day around 5-6 then after I paid it changed today which is the next day at 10 am I immediately called them with no response wrote many emails called them this morning to cancel the order but surprisingly they delivered the parcel and I don’t want it anymore I bought it somewhere still no response. I need my refund they are not answering calls nor emails.1 reply
