Clientele is full of K*K, the agent who works on the street asked me to listen to his St*pd pitch then told me to sign some stuff so that he can reach his target and I helped a fellow BLACK person. Only to find out he registered me with a policy but i waited for their call as he explained meaning that on the call i was supposed to give me the right to deduct or to accept the policy but I didn't receive the call. All of the sudden R350 was deducted from my Disability grant, when I called them i had to call for about 3 times waiting to be transferred to the "Rotation department", had to wait 30 minutes to get someone from the rotation department. I told him to cancel my policy, and told that no money will be refunded. I was supposed to use the money to send at home in Mpumalanga to support my siblings, but they don't understand that. THEIR AGENTS WORKING ON THE STREET ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF DISABILED COMMUNITY. I didn't give them my account number but somehow they did deduct from my account, how? Without my authority?.
