Worst customer service, the call centre agents are the worst. Purchased a Freezer on 31/03. Delivered on the 02/04(Item was damaged on arrival) Immediately let them know, they logged a ticket. Till today no one's called to give me an update. Called this morning apparently the item was delivered yesterday but no one let me know there was a delivery out and on top of that there was no delivery at my home either because my neighbours would've let me know. Hifi should be ashamed of their services but then again they have your money because apparently a refund takes 7 working days to process.
Worst customer service ever, Took my car for a Major service there in January. I indicated to the service agent that there is a misfire/fault on the engine of my car, upon collection of my vehicle I started it up and found there was still a issue with my vehicle, called the workshop foreman and he told me that the ran all the test that needed to be done an all was cleared, i wasn't happy with that responds, he took the car into the workshop and funny enough he picked up 3 issues on his readings, so tell me I'm paying for you guys to lie to me? He then informed me to report the issue to the service agent which I did, I was informed that I would have to pay for them to run the test again when booking in my vehicle again, but didn't the workshop foreman just confirm now that there's a problem? I can understand why many people run to Renault in Paarden Eiland because their customer service and satisfaction is levels above Renault Table View and Tokia. They(Renault Table view) send out this survey after your car has been with them an you complain on there but not a phone call or anything feedback. They make it seem like they doing you a Favour yet you paying them for their service.
Best costumer service, affordable insurance. Bang for buk.
