Unhappy with Debt Sa

Debt SA took ,R8400 rands from me with the promise of removing you from debtreview. Payment was deducted by company Imalipay over 4 months. They absolutely did nothing to this regard. When you phone it rings for 20 min with no answer. So the actually literally just took my money. They are ****ming people that's already on debtreview. The send **** statements of how money wa distributed to creditors. The other promise was that attorneys are going to court on you behal to represent you. After some time they phoned to tell you that the R8200 is not refundable because all debt must be paid in ful. Why would Iwho have 80 000 rands debt waste my money on this.They are vulture living of people under debtreviewI don't know where to file a complaint. I am definitely just one of many victims. Please stay alert. Apparently they are registered with NCR. So it's like complaining about the devil in hell. Send emails yesterday and no replies. Manager said they will file complaint for me at NCR. Outcome. Case closed.
