Shocking Premier Hotel Umhlanga staff and service
Awful room never serviced Aircon broken not fixed after 3 maintenance guys attempted to repair Safe broken replaced new one broken Towels were filthy Reception did not answer once in 3 days Should be downgraded to 1 star I was promised 2 day refund by General Manager Roland Diener It did not appear in my bank account I called front office manager Ritash and New GM andrew Ngwenya who very very unprofessionally reversed the decision made by the outgoing GM Such a novice Mr Ngwenya is Please dismiss this man who used profanities on our conversation. With me What an amateur he is Shame the Premoer hotel will suffer severe losses as a result of appointing this lad Good Lord he is shocking Laughable and his command of the English language is like that of a 3 year old Refund ad promised please andrew even encouraged me to initiate legal action He is poor poor poor at his job What an utter disgrace

American Swiss shocking attitude Matshego
Good day , I just purchased another diamond 💎 tennis bracelet from American Swiss store in Rosebank Mall but once again the stinking attitude of Matshego , your store manager was unbelievably shocking and a disgrace to your world class Brand name . The other day she gave me so much lip and disgusting profanities that I’d rather not repeat . Please initiate disciplinary action against her for insolence , disrespecting her clients especially today , having bought a second tennis bracelet and she refused to acknowledge me when I was attempting to show Matshego the bracelet that I had just purchased , wow wow wow guys please start seeking a more appropriate employee with decent manners and better self esteem than that miserable human being who will do nothing more than decrease your sales and ultimately your profit margin. Having been manager of Emperors Palace casino for decades , I do know the difference between great world class customer service and shocking low class low frequency disgusting poor low vibrations and poor work performance that This poor child exhibits. Cut your losses guys and do yourselves a favour and sack her . Yours Truly Pheadon .

Ladies tennis ignored on DSTV So poor as ladies tennis is such a highlight of sporting events Please fix this as we are paying to see men’s and ladies tennis events

No ladies tennis shown on DSTV , poor !!!
Ladies Tennis this year completely overlooked on TV There is a huge tournament on this week , the Qatar 1000 Masters event in Doha which is one of the biggest tournaments of the year besides for the Grand Slans and not a single point has been shown . Come on Team show some equality and show some ladies tennis . The quality is on par with the men’s’ circuit . Multichoice did so well in the last year or two showing ladies tennis . Now they have stopped Is it too much of a financial burden or is it a gender issue ?
