My contract ended in January 2026 and i canceled it and returned the router. To my surprise mtn continued debiting the money, i phoned customer service and the agent logged a complain and told me i will get a call back from mtn. I waited for the call till i decided to call back mtn and they told me i owe them R5000 for not returning the router and if i did i was supposed to send them IRMS number. I went to the outlet i took the router to and the guy that assisted me checked on the system and he showed me that it is back at the warehouse. Mtn i want my money and stop taking my money i don't owe you anything!!!
Good morning my account its still showing that my aaccount is in arrears under Experian and i called them they told me its because on your sysyem my account its on auto reload. Can you sort it out because even if they update on their side it changes after some time its showing my account still in arrears.
I paid up the account in February and had to report the company on hello peter before you could update on your system. After that it was updated For some time and then started showing that i still owe and i enquired with Select Capital which updated from their side last week. When i checked after 3 days the system was showing that i am still owing. I tried calling you today and i waited for about 2 hours and no one answered the phone. Can you update the system as this is messing up my credit record.
I paid up my Select Capital account in February 2025 but from your its showing that i didn't pay. Can you update your system
synergy is taking R109 from my account and i don't even know who they are. can you please pay back my money and stop taking my money.

i have received clearance letter from Select Capital on the 28th February 2025 but my credit report is not yet cleared from your side and when i phone Select Capital they tell me they have done their part and must inquire from your side why my record is still not cleared.
I settled my account on the 6th of February 2025 and i am still waiting for my settlement letter. I spoke to Nolinhle and she sent me an email with banking details and gave me ref#I then recieved a call to confirm that the payment is recieved and i will recieve settlement letter after 10 days. i tried calling your office several times after 10 days to make followup but no one answers the phone.
i purchased outdoor folding table on the 19th November 2015 and still waiting for delivery.<br> i phoned twice and i was promised that i will get an update via email and i'm still waiting.
I purchased the table on the 13th November and still waiting for it to be delivered, I sent an email to enquire and received a response that I will be contacted but i'm still waiting. the reference is (Ticket #30653428)
