Can’t cancel membership

Awful customer service, even worse internet connection
My internet has been extremely slow (mbps way below what I’ve been paying for) for most of the year. Every time I phone, I get spoken thru the same process of resetting the router that I’ve done 100 times. When that doesn’t work, I get told a technician will phone me to book a time to evaluate the router in person. Then the next person phones me & does the same thing. No technician ever comes. Just passed around from international call agent to international call agent with no real help. This company is running a ****. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!3 replies

Slow internet & no follow thru on help
I have suffered with slow internet for months now. I’m talking 200mbps lower than what I’m paying for. I’ve lodged many complaints & even got promised a technician to look at the router in person. Then silence. Now I either don’t get a response or get promised the same help that never comes. This is so frustrating.2 replies

Horrible company - no respect for personal data
Automated call won’t stop calling me. Multiple times a day from different numbers. No way to opt out. I’ve never been a client of theirs so they have bought my data. They cannot just store data I never gave them & use it as much as they’d like. I would give 0 stars if possible.4 replies
