I was booking a flight and midst the booking a pop up appeared, I must've clicked on it and became an Edreams Prime member. I spent an hour on the phone cancelling the subscription and even got a cancellation email. 5 Months later my account is still being debited. I have emailed and got a response requesting ARN numbers, which I have sent. NO REPLY and guess what, another debit this month! What an easy way to make money and **** people.
I logged the collection ONX - due to arrive Tuesday morning by 11am. On Monday I checked the tracking platform. My parcel was not collected as it was apparently not ready. This entry was logged at 16h29. I enquired from the pick up address and the parcel had in fact been ready since the morning. On Tuesday I checked the tracking platform again, this time, the parcel was not collected, because the collection address was incorrect? This was logged at 15h21. Here is my question, if the collection address was supposedly incorrect, how did you know the previous day that the parcel was not ready for collection? Blatant LIES! Tried your what's app platform, no use. Spoke to 2 Customer Services Consultants, no use! We keep getting the same run around ... "sorry, but we have to investigate and escalate". The 3rd consultant threw the phone down on me.
