my order was cancelled by Amazon, after 5 days still no refund, after phoning them they had made a payment on the 5th day, and I now I still have to wait 5-10 working days, before I get my refund, and I have to take it up myself with the bank because according to then they did their job, very bad customer service, since they cancelled the order and not me, the refund should have been done on the same day, worse thing is that I still haven't received my refund after 10 days!!!!!
never experienced a more unfriendly service than today at superfoto durbanville, the staff is not at all interested and I think he said no more than 3 words to me, after spending a lot of money there, not helpful at all and definately do not know how to treat customers, will never have my foto's developed there in the future
Very unreliable and inexperienced, set up appointments and don't turn up my stove needed rewiring instead of fixing it they tripped the electricity and I had to get an electrician in to fix it!!!! needless to say the stove is not fixed..........
