Eskom is taking us for a ride. It's been 5 weeks without power outage in Nkanini near JJ shop. There are many people that are affected you keep telling us different stories. It's cold for godsake, not all of us can afford paraffin and candles everyday. Stop privating me I wont give you my meter number and reference number because I dont have a phone to call your customer service and report the same issue. What have we done to deserve this? Huh? When are you going to take us seriously?
We have been off supply for 3 weeks here in Nkanini Khayelitsha near Thembela hall and we've been calling Eskom and gave us reference and say they will come when it's not raining. Yesterday was not raining even today it's not raining and we arr still off supply. There's a pregnant lady here she cannot afford to buy R40 paraffin everyday. There are kids that go to school with not ironed clothes, bathing with cold water everyday in this winter and Eskom does not care.
I bought R250 Hollywoodbets voucher on the 09.12.2024 separately R50 and R200 through shoprite app. When I entered the voucher pin is invalid. I tried to select all the provider even selected "not sure which voucher" but the error message was still showing. I emailed shoprite they told me to try the ussd method which I did but says incorrect voucher. Shoprite told me to email the provider. I emailed hollywoodbets on 10.12.2024 they kept asking me the same questions, I provided all the information required. They kept on telling they are still waiting for feedback. They only refunded R50 voucher only. It's January 2025 they are still waiting for feedback. They all misinformed me to wait 24-48 hours since December. This is frustrating. I'm not happy with your service. Is this how you treat all your customers? I want my R200 voucher today I've been patient enough with you. I'm done waiting.
