Please do not use these guys. Almost all the comments on their page seem ****. I was ****med by them, and they are refusing to refund me for a payment made in March last year. The matter is still with the court. The staff at the SA Migration Johannesburg office are very unprofessional, dishonest, and misleading. When I reported the matter to their Cape Town branch, I was told that the Johannesburg branch is a franchise operated by Mr Maxwell & Alex and that I must deal with them directly. They refused to assist me with my matter, leaving me with no choice but to take legal action.
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the handling of my claim, which was logged in December after a KingPrice client bumped my car. Despite my efforts to follow up on the claim after not hearing back from KingPrice, I was instructed to send quotes for the repair. Recently, I learned from the other driver that their car has already been repaired through KingPrice. However, when I contacted your team again, I was informed that you cannot assist me because the driver of the car was allegedly insured elsewhere. This situation is deeply frustrating and confusing. If the driver was insured elsewhere, why did KingPrice cover the repairs for their car while leaving me, the victim of the accident, to run around for quotes with no resolution? I feel unfairly disadvantaged and disappointed by the lack of communication and the apparent inconsistency in handling this matter. King Price is so ***** and l need to get the law involved in this matter.
