My experience with Street Gym was very frustrating and disappointing. Last week Monday on the 9th of December 2024 I ordered a pair of Puma sneakers,on Tuesday received an email from Karabo Teme (who even got my name wrong on the email called me "Mabanga") that the sneakers were out of stock I was given two options either to order another choice of sneakers or a refund within 48 hours. I rep**** to the email the same day I received it with the code and size of the second choice of sneakers as per their instruction. On Saturday the 14th of December 2024 I received an email that my order was "refunded". I sent another email asking why the order is being refunded as I had placed a new order. There was no reply to the email/question. On Wednesday the 18th of December 2024 I called them to follow up on the new order I was told that they were going to refund me and it takes 3 to 10 working days for the funds to be processed and to reflect in my account. I told the lady on the phone that I had sent an email with a second option of sneakers she said they didn't see it but saw the one sent on the 14th where I asked why they were refunding me.I demanded to speak to the manager they said he/she would call me back. I have not received a call or an email from the manager. What a bad service! Where am I going to find sneakers at such short notice and with what money am I going to buy them since I have not yet received the refund?
