Poor quality
Like ***!!!!! Order two pair of takkies and finally got my order but the way the takkies was packed is disgusting.... Takkies not wrap in the paper to proctec it.. Nothing inside the takkie to keep the takkie shape.. It's like it was just dump in the box...they way it looked like i over pay for poor quality like no man Seriously unhappy

Online purchase complain
I am not happy at all I made a purchase online but I didn't receive an order number I called the store or customer service but there was no service they told me the people who work with online starts to work late it's a ****a shop

Great service
I recently ordered from their online store. I received my Puma shoes in just 3 days of placing my order. The shoes were unfortunately too big for me but I was promptly assisted by their customer service agents in returning the shoes and getting the correct size back. I'll definitely order from them again.

Great service
I recently ordered from their online store. I received my Puma shoes in just 3 days of placing my order. Wrong order
I'm so disappointed because the t shirt I ordered is not the one I got, their packaging is nonsense and now I have to go return it at the store because delivery also took long and I know it'll take a decade for the return if I don't got to the store myself. I will never buy anything from street gym again!

First time buyer,ordered 2 pairs of sneakers from street gym but size was the issue. Sent them an email to request for a refund but it took almost a week to get a response, finally when they responded they refered me to their return policy that's when i knew something was fishy. It seems that policy is there so they don't refund their customers. i have never experienced such with other online shops. I regret ever buying from them.

First time buyer,ordered 2 pairs of sneakers from street gym but size was the issue. Sent them an email to request for a refund but it took almost a week to get a response, finally when they responded they refered me to their return policy that's when i knew something was fishy. It seems that policy is there so they don't refund their customers. i have never experienced such with other online shops. I regret ever buying from them.

Disappointing and unprofessional.
My experience with Street Gym was very frustrating and disappointing. Last week Monday on the 9th of December 2024 I ordered a pair of Puma sneakers,on Tuesday received an email from Karabo Teme (who even got my name wrong on the email called me "Mabanga") that the sneakers were out of stock I was given two options either to order another choice of sneakers or a refund within 48 hours. I rep**** to the email the same day I received it with the code and size of the second choice of sneakers as per their instruction. On Saturday the 14th of December 2024 I received an email that my order was "refunded". I sent another email asking why the order is being refunded as I had placed a new order. There was no reply to the email/question. On Wednesday the 18th of December 2024 I called them to follow up on the new order I was told that they were going to refund me and it takes 3 to 10 working days for the funds to be processed and to reflect in my account. I told the lady on the phone that I had sent an email with a second option of sneakers she said they didn't see it but saw the one sent on the 14th where I asked why they were refunding me.I demanded to speak to the manager they said he/she would call me back. I have not received a call or an email from the manager. What a bad service! Where am I going to find sneakers at such short notice and with what money am I going to buy them since I have not yet received the refund?
