Engen Garage Welgemoed - What a disgrace!
Engen Garage Welgemoed - Refuse to let me buy Diesel for the second time. After 21 years of loyalty, I’m finished with this station and the Engen brand. It’s become a pattern that on the night before a price hike, they suddenly 'run out' of diesel or claim their pumps are 'broken.' A petrol attendant told me tonight that all of their diesel pumps are broken at once. It is obvious they are hoarding stock to sell at the increased price the following day. This is deceptive, unprofessional, and a terrible way to treat a customer of two decades. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Online Purchase Issue
Avoid making online purchases with this company. I ordered an item online and never received a tracking number or any updates about when my order would arrive. The order also didn’t appear as active on their website. After repeatedly following up, they finally informed me that the item was out of stock and discontinued. They assured me I would receive a refund “without any delays,” but I’m still waiting. Despite several attempts to get an update, including contacting the store directly, I have received no response. I strongly discourage anyone from supporting this business.
