I was at Burger King East Rand Galleria Drive-thru around 9pm..my card got declined and i know for a fact that the card had money..I asked the person to bring another speedpoint and she asked me to come inside the shop..I parked the car n went to the door only to find that it is locked and security guard told me that they are closed... I tried to explain my situation and i was so annoyed and embarrassed by the staff members inside the shop esp the gentleman (dont knw his name) who didn't want to listen to my story.. Well i went to an atm nearby withdrew cash even went to McD to buy food my card was working perfectly fine... I have never been so embarrassed like this by your unprofessional staff members... I bought a bed at OK furniture November 2018 at Newtown mall. the bed has sounds coming out from the mattress springs and it's very uncomfortable sleeping on it I can actually see the springs popping out of it's cover and the mattress is sinking.

I need assistance on adjusting my instalments on the loan that have with you. I had an arrangement with you to pay R1200 but it looks like the money I am paying every month isn’t bringing down the balance. Is it possible recalculate the repayments (to 60 months including the arrears ) and I should be able to pay R1700 for a loan in order to reduce balance? I can’t afford R2999 which was our initial agreement due to personal reason. I’m will to enter on the new contract where I can pay this R1700 amount in order to settle this loan. Please help I’m certain this arrangement can be done.
my mother paid cash for invoice # ********** 6. the package inside was not what she ordered. she sent the package back and parcel number is PA ********** 57ZA...she advised one of the consultants there that she would like to be refunded her money she paid after she was rudely advised that the parcel had only 2 blankest instead of 3..now tell me, I have both slips here with me on the invoice it says each weighs 4kg x3 which is 12kg...when she returned the goods on post office the stamp says 12kg as well. why my mother was harassed when she asked for a refund cos you sent the wrong goods in the first place and she had to pay to return them to you? I need that money paid back to her, she doesn't want replacements.
