Constantly giving *****ulent prices "forgetting" to add discounts on at till when clearly marked discounted on shelves if we had not checked pur till slips we would have not got the price marked tgis has happened multiple times and after tearing and searching for incorrect prices after payment they give us only our refund our time and checking if they charged us correctly is on us??

Once again momentum has issues cant use my savings from my health saver because your system has issues 13/03/26 declined my transaction
Collectable promo is very frustrating when you have to keep till slips to claim your collectable car because of Pick n pay's "network issues" i have not been recieving my sms's and when i called numerous times and used their whatsapp robot and lodged inquiries with them they are asking me to provide a till slip i do not keep till slips so they said i must drive to Bp or phone them to get a copy this is not my problem its Pick n Pays problem i did my part by filling up to the required amount and swiping my smart shopper and Bp cards i followed their rules now they want me to use my airtime and fuel to redeem something that is rightfully mine.
I am with Vodacom fibre for over 4 years now, my fibre line is down service request has been logged SR241129-469535 and its been 8 days over 33 emails later and no progress no one has come to fix my line I'm very disappointed in the after sales service I cant believe they would allow this to happen the matter has been escalated multiple times I'm not sure what good that is doing as I'm still sitting on mobile data and no repair done
