So I have been having the same complaint since March, nobody is giving me answers with sense, as their excel sheet is basically telling them you took money and there is no basis why. They informed me Mpho would call, by 12pm no call. Now the manager Claudette who has no facts says the excel and statement match. Little advice go through the information before sharing it with a client. Also why Is 3208 card ending number still active? Still no answer yet cade closed. This is clearly above Russell's paygrade so can an actual accountant help him. Also why try bribe me with R200 if you guys were always right? I still have the emails.

Im fed up

I am so frustrated. Russell Edward's has been of no help i asked how I moved R1000 to from my trusave to my savings the money did not reflect yet I had a current balance of over R2000. Then today netflix bounced when I clearly closed my old card ending with 3208 but it reflects as a bounce on my current card. Guys something is not right with absa and none of the staff wants to assist me. This has been ongoing since the Easter weekend.

Absa you keep dissappointing

Absa I went to sleep with a certain balance and now on its all gone i then transfered R300 to my account from my trusave and the balance is still 0.00 but current balance is R1540 fix this because the money was deducted so and dont tell me its charges that is my savings account.

this is ridicoulous

Once again I made payment to Y E attorneys and was debited a journal of R4083.54 after I made R300 payment. return my money and stop this deduction happening without my approval.

Worst consultants ever

I have had the worst experience with a consultant there Shirliz she refused to give me her surname has been whatsapping me so rudely all because they were *********** with my payment made in December as I paid early they did not inform absa and was debited R5336. They made the whole process exhausting

Im sick of MBD *****sters

I have been paying R1000 for my credit card debt, in July my statement stated I owed R5000 now it's November and I owe R3000 this is ***** as I already had money taken by absa before I made arrangements with MBD so I want a statement of the full payment as I think you now owe me.

This is ridiculous

We have experienced the worst service from theft to trying to rip us off. We took our vehicle there in Febuary 27th 2025 for issues with the gear box firstly that vehicle had a full tank of diesel when we went to collect the vehicle in May there was no diesel left, when questioned they had no answer, firstly why was my vehicle living in verulem? who authorised you to use my car for own use? after fetching car in may the same problems where still there they said the gearbox was fine and they told me that now its the engine which was the issue, how can the engine be the problem when its the gearbox was the issue? why try convince me that to look at something which was never the problem. The vehicle has a tracker so I can see where it was moving an how you ruined this vehicle. Now they want me to buy a sensor which July was R4700 and all of sudden its R8000 and we in September. Imraan sent a quote which was for a Mercedes, we then informed him that the vehicle stated was incorrect he just changed the make which is crazy what ***** is being done there. why have they not fixed the issue? who gave them the right to use my vehicle for their own puporses without my consent. IMRAAN and Deon I want answers. stop shifting the blame and do your job!!! IMRAAN always says he will call and never calls

Absa is ridiculous

I have been paying my loan and credit card amount monthly and today I was debited R6056,57 that was not communicated. I want my money back now
